regard to receiving a defective product or an item different from your order:
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive an item that is incorrect or a product that is defective, we want to make it
right. To initiate the process, please use one or more of the following steps:
- Immediate Contact with our executive: In case of you received defected or wrong item
from our side, within 24 hours after receiving item you should contact us for further
procedure.
- Details to include: We will try to resolve your problem as soon as possible after taking
order number, and short description of the problem from your side. If you want to send a
photo of the defected piece or wrongly received item then it will be very convenient
from us.
- Replacement: We will do our greatest possible thing to help you in making a replacement
for the product which you wrongly received from us without extra costing.
- Refund: If replacement is not possible from our site, we will take your bank details for
further refund process.
Refund Conditions
A refund is possible only in the following cases:
- Time Limit to Notify: Defects or other discrepancies should be informed within 24 hours
of receipt of the product.
- Product Condition: The condition of the product needs to be the same along with exact
condition or same packaging
